EPISODE 51 – A Message of Hope for New Equippers [PODCAST]

By Apostle Ricardo Butler

In today’s podcast, I give an encouraging word for emerging or newly appointed/ordain leaders in the five fold ministry.

Sometimes it can be tough to put all that training and equipping together or from where to start. God sends you some people to disciple up and you have all this training and equipping and information and truth on what to do but sometime how to do it can get confusing because of all the knowledge you have gained.

Let me encourage you how to start, where to start, and to tell you don’t be discouraged when you do make mistakes or fail with a person you are equipping goes astray and rebels.

STUDY, UNDERSTAND, & APPLY …

“And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.” (Genesis 1:20-23, KJV).

“God spoke: “Swarm, Ocean, with fish and all sea life!
Birds, fly through the sky over Earth!”
God created the huge whales,
all the swarm of life in the waters,
And every kind and species of flying birds.
God saw that it was good.
God blessed them: “Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Ocean!
Birds, reproduce on Earth!”
It was evening, it was morning—
Day Five.” (The Message).

I Would like to Learn about the Bible from a Christian

I Would like to Learn about the Bible from a Christian

I was recommended a podcast to listen to by a business brother of mine in Christ named Amos Johnson Jr. over there at the Church for Entrepreneurs.

I think the podcast had something to do with business, but I was interested in some other things that I came across on the website. There was a particular article that caught my attention called, “Seven Common Comments Non-Christians Make about Christians” by Thom Rainer over at http://thomrainer.com/. He is the president and CEO of LifeWay Christian Resources.

This is actually part 3 of 7. You can read the others in the series at:

  1. Christians are against more things than they are for. “It just seems to me that Christians are mad at the world and mad at each other. They are so negative that they seem unhappy. I have no desire to be like them and stay upset all the time.”
  2. I would like to develop a friendship with a Christian. “I’m really interested in what they believe and how they carry out their beliefs. I wish I could find a Christian that would be willing to spend some time with me.”

In today’s article I want to address the third issue, which is, “I Would like to Learn about the Bible from a Christian”. And that point he wrote,

EPISODE 047 – Declaring Prophetically God’s Outcomes through BOLD Faith [PODCAST]

EPISODE 047 – Declaring Prophetically God’s Outcomes through BOLD Faith [PODCAST]

By Apostle Ricardo Butler

What it do!

Hey, this week I want to EMPOWER your faith with POWERFUL testimonies from the Word of God and my own personal life to show you HOW powerful God REALLY IS in YOUR LIFE so that you can RELEASE such power to birth what God wants more then you do in your area of influence!

STUDY, UNDERSTAND, & APPLY …

“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” (Genesis 1:6-8, KJV).

“God spoke: “Sky! In the middle of the waters;
separate water from water!”
God made sky.
He separated the water under sky
from the water above sky.
And there it was:
he named sky the Heavens;
It was evening, it was morning—
Day Two.” (The Message Bible).

8 Leadership Revelations from the Birth of Jesus

8 Leadership Revelations from the Birth of Jesus

[Read, Study, Understand, Apply, Live, and Share YOUR Experience of Matthew 1:18-25]

By Apostle Ricardo Butler

Have you ever heard this statement?

“Leaders are made, not born.”

I beg to differ. Technically and logically we are all born. A leader cannot be made before he is actually born.

So leaders are first born and then made! In fact, Jesus was BORN to LEAD! In sort of a Q&A between Jesus and Pontus Pilate I learned this revelation below:

“My Kingdom is not of this world [Gk: kosmos, meaning ‘the system or orderly arrangement of the whole or some part of human society’]: if My Kingdom were of this world, then would My servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is My Kingdom not from here.” (John 18:36).

Pilate had asked Him,

“Are you a king then?”

Christ answered,

I already address the first point that he mentioned called, “Christians are Against MORE Things than They are For.” So you can go check that one out as well. Of course I will eventually address of the points he listed in his research.

And knowing myself, I love to learn better and more effective ways to UNDERSTAND the times and trends of our culture and the way people think and behave so that we can with the power of the Kingdom of God and its Gospel about the Kingdom and its King reach them.

So I wanted to address from a Kingdom (and especially an apostolic) mindset in response to these statements and how we can become more effective, perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works as well as an apostle I am called to equip God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.
